Housing & Infrastructure

We will work with town and parish councils to develop a community-led approach to building the homes we need, while protecting the environment from inappropriate and unchecked developer-led schemes. A Lib Dem Council will work to ensure new developments are well-planned, connected, and integrated with essential infrastructure, including health and social care, education, roads, transport, water, sewage, and energy. We will push for more environmentally sustainable construction and ensure developments integrate with and protect the natural environment
