    Over the weekend, it emerged that more than 400,000 of fingerprint, DNA and arrest history records were accidentally wiped from police databases, because of "human error" and "defective code". The Home Secretary was warned that the mistake could put the public at risk, but Priti Patel ducked the direct responsibility and sent Policing Minister Kit Malthouse instead.

    One of the first acts the Conservative Party has made since leaving the EU has been to give authorisation to farmers in England to use pesticides that are banned within the EU because of the damage they do to wild and honey bee populations.

    We believe this is a dangerous precedent that should not be allowed to go ahead.

    As a Review Group we decided to ask those Party Organisations what they thought, where the gaps were, how they could make a difference to the Party going forward and how they might help one another.
